The Angry Crab: A Flavorful Seafood Experience in Chicago

Ordered the ultimate eats manic style .. the mixture of garlic butter, lemon pepper, and angry cajun seasoning was a burst of flavor with every seafood bit we took. For a party of 11 and the restaurant was packed with no empty seats.. our waiter was attentive and our food did not take all to come out. My over all experience here was great. Looking forward to my next visit back.

I absolutely love eating crabs, so we decided to check this place out—and it didn’t disappoint! The crabs were delicious, with a perfectly balanced butter and Cajun sauce that was incredibly flavorful. Honestly, the sauce alone with rice could make a satisfying meal. While I do make Cajun crabs at home and think my recipe is better, their take on it was still amazing. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be coming back for more!

The food was amazing! Would definitely come back to eat again! I had the premier feast with calamari and garlic noodles and it was plenty for a party of two!! My waiter was very attentive and the manager also introduced himself to us and was very nice. Food was 10/10, exactly as I’ve heard!! The only thing I would recommend to the restaurant is to maybe lower the music, I felt like I had to talk extra loud. But overall, great staff and great food!

Absolutely phenomenal! We ordered the seafood boil with shrimp, crab legs, mussels, crawfish potatoes, corn and sausage—and it was bursting with flavor. The Cajun butter sauce was rich, garlicky, and had just the right amount of spice. Everything was fresh and perfectly cooked, especially the shrimp, which were huge and juicy. But the real star of the show? The grilled oysters. Smoky, buttery, and topped with Parmesan and herbs—they practically melted in my mouth. You can tell they know what they're doing on the grill. The atmosphere was casual and fun, perfect for cracking shells and digging in with your hands. Will 100% be coming back!"

Seafood is always fresh. Felt the shrimps smaller than usual just like the scallops. Taste was pretty good with Cajun butter garlic and the crab rice was in point.

We were just here last night, pre valentine’s dinner. Service was speedy had no reservations and they took us in no issue. The waitress working last night I forgot her name but during 6-8 time frame we were there she was so sweet & attentive love that for us ! We ordered a Feast for 2 which was a feast ! Drinks were solid & The Calamari was a good portion ! Food was saucyy 10/10, Service 10/10 , Overall 10/10

We arrived shortly before the end of Happy Hour. Our server Ashley was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us good recommendations. We had lobster rolls, garlic shrimp with garlic crab rice, buffalo wings, fries, an Old Fashioned and a Jameson Mule concoction in a can. Everything was delicious. Nice atmosphere. Excellent service. I'm glad we stopped in and look forward to a Cajun Boil sometime in the future. They looked and smelled yummy on other tables.
